Thank you for choosing Parrots Wizard! We are dedicated to delivering our premium bird food, breeding diets, and calcium supplements to pet parents and breeders across India safely and efficiently. Please read our guidelines below regarding shipping, deliveries, and returns.
1. Shipping Policy & Timelines
Pan-India Delivery: We deliver to almost all pin codes across India through premium logistics partners (including Amazon Shipping, Delhivery, BlueDart, and DTDC).
Dispatch Time: All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from our facility within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation.
Delivery TAT (Turnaround Time): Depending on your location, estimated delivery times are as follows:
Metro Cities: 3 to 5 business days.
Rest of India: 5 to 7 business days.
Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, a unique tracking link will be sent to your registered email address or via SMS/WhatsApp so you can monitor your package in real-time.
2. Third-Party Marketplace Orders (Amazon / Flipkart)
Please note that for all orders placed by clicking the “Buy on Amazon” or other marketplace buttons on our website, the shipping, handling, and delivery tracking are entirely managed by the respective platform’s logistics network. The marketplace’s specific shipping timelines and fulfillment policies will apply to those transactions.
3. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order on our platform before it has been dispatched from our facility. Once an order is handed over to the courier partner and a tracking ID is generated, the order cannot be canceled.
4. Return, Replacement & Refund Policy
Since Parrots Wizard deals in consumable avian nutrition, bird food mixes, and health supplements, we adhere to strict hygiene and safety standards for the health of your birds. Therefore:
Consumable Goods Non-Returnable: Opened or used product packs are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
Damaged or Wrong Items: We offer a Free Replacement only if the product is received in a physically damaged condition, the outer seal is broken upon arrival, or if a wrong item/variant has been delivered.
Mandatory Unboxing Video: To claim a replacement or refund for damaged/wrong items, customers must provide a clear, unedited unboxing video showing the damaged seal/product within 48 hours of delivery. Please share the video with our support team via WhatsApp or Email.
